This video shows the result of Coach Al Hollingsworth asking the group why didn't they volunteer to become Leader, after he had given an exercise and asked for Volunteers.  Only a few people raised their hand to volunteer, so Coach provoked the audience to search within themselves to find out why they did not volunteer to become the Leader.
